CASI Welcomes Spring 2018 Visiting Fellow, Rashmi Sharma
Rashmi Sharma retired from the Indian Administrative Service in 2017. She has worked and published extensively in the areas of elementary education and local self-government in India. She is currently engaged in researching and writing about the structure and working of government at the grassroots levels.

CASI provides up to $3,000 to undergraduate winners and up to $3,500 to graduate student winners to conduct independent research in India during the summer months.

This nine-month fellowship opportunity is for recent Penn graduates to conduct independent research in India.
