Diaspora, Development, and Democracy: The Domestic Impact of International Migration from India     

Written by CASI Director, Devesh Kapur, and published in August 2010 by Princeton University Press, the book examines the complex economic, social, and political effects of emigration on India and provides a conceptual framework for understanding the repercussions of international migration on migrants’ home countries.
