Usha Rao

Usha Rao (Ph.D. Anthropology UMass Amherst, IIT Delhi) is an independent researcher, media maker, and anthropologist. This article is based on ethnographic fieldwork on the Bangalore metro from 2015-19 and is part of her doctoral work. Her work on the Banda Ground is an ongoing project.
