
Sahana Ghosh is an Assistant Professor of Anthropology at the National University of Singapore. Her book, A Thousand Tiny Cuts: Mobility and Security Across the Bangladesh-India Borderlands (University of California Press 2023; Yoda Press 2024), traces the making of national borderlands from a connected region in northern Bengal, and tells the story of how militarized bordering affects social relations, agrarian economy, gendered mobilities, and citizenship through the lives of borderland residents.
