Sino-Indian Relations: Delhi's Roller Coaster Ride

In this issue of India in Transition, C. Raja Mohan, Head of Strategic Studies and Distinguished Fellow at Observer Research Foundation, New Delhi, and CASI Spring 2013 Distinguished International Scholar, argues that the diplomatic resolution of the recent crisis on India's border with China, and the current high-level political exchanges, are unlikely to reduce the structural fragility in Delhi's relations with Beijing.
