Postdoctoral Climate Fellowship
The position is open to applicants from the humanities and social sciences whose work focuses on contemporary India. For this position, we seek a scholar whose research focuses on one or more of the following areas: environment-society relations, cities and urbanization, and climate change. We are open to applicants from a range of disciplinary traditions, particularly anthropology, architecture, geography, planning, politics and sociology. Candidates who have experience with multimedia production and/ or skills in critical cartography (video, web-based platforms, GIS) are especially encouraged to apply. We also encourage applications from candidates whose research focuses on enduring inequities, such as those of caste, indigeneity, gender and sexuality.
